No matter what type of housing you build, IADDIC has the construction materials, tools and systems to get the job done right.
Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) have been a mainstay in construction in the US for over 50 years. Improvements in SIP’s have produced one of the best building technologies available. However…
…Nobody can afford to ship SIP Panels, especially internationally.
IADDIC had the materials, tools, and systems that make SIP panel construction possible anywhere in the world. Our line of Panel Building Systems and Global Mobile Factories make SIP Panel construction possible for any housing project(s).
The PBS1000 is a Universal Panel Building System intended for the small housing project and shelters. The structural panels are skinless and are constructed using structural core material we call SIH. The panels, when joined together make highly insulated, rot and mold resistant shelters that are earthquake and high wind resistant.
The PBS3000 is a Universal SIP Panel Building System used to create Structural Insulated Panels commonly known as SIP panels. SIP panel have been used in the US, Canada, and Europe since the 1950’s. This system produces true SIP panels using standards certified MgO sheets as skins and IADDIC SIH for the structural core. SIP panel range in thickness from a fraction of and inch to over 6″.
Global Mobile Factories provide everything necessary to produce the complete building envelope including walls, roofs, and trim/framing. The GMF is well suited to fill the most demanding need for both large scale “affordable” housing projects and high end housing. The GMF utilizes the IADDIC SIH structural core materials and MgO sheets for an extremely durable structure at an affordable price.
